My name is Kim Phan, founder and educator of Lelei Beauty here in Ashburton. When I began my journey in the beauty industry, I had no mentor, no guidance, and no roadmap to follow. The 3-Day Classic Lash Course was designed to provide the kind of support and structured training I wish I had when I started. My goal is to help you gain not just technical skill, but also confidence, professionalism, and the ability to build a successful lash business from the ground up. With me as your mentor, you’ll receive hands-on training, personalised feedback, and continued guidance long after the course has ended.

Course Overview: 3-Day Classic Lash Training

This intensive beginner-friendly program is ideal for anyone ready to start a career in eyelash extensions. You’ll learn industry-standard skills, best practices, and client care techniques that will set you apart as a professional lash artist. PLUS you'll get a bonus 7 days of live practice on models while I shadow you and give you real time feedback. This is something that is rarely offered at other training providers.

• Lash health and hygiene fundamentals

• Classic lash extension theory: curls, lengths, and thicknesses

• Isolation and placement techniques for clean, even application

• Lash mapping and styling for various eye shapes

• Lash symmetry and retention best practices

• Safe removal and refill procedures

• Client consultation, aftercare, and service preparation

• Business foundations: pricing, policies, marketing, and building your clientele

Booking Details

To secure your spot, a 20% deposit is required.

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• The remaining balance is due on Day 1 of training.

• No refunds are provided once training has commenced.
