Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

  1. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  2. Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  3. Booking: Redemption is subject to availability. Customers must contact the spa to schedule an appointment, subject to availability.

  4. Other Terms: Lelei Beauty Spa reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
