Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or accepting a Lelei Beauty Spa gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Gift vouchers are monetary-value vouchers only. They are issued for a specific dollar amount and are not issued for, or linked to, a specific service or treatment.

• The voucher value may be used towards any eligible service or product at Lelei Beauty Spa, subject to availability and applicable pricing at the time of redemption.

• The original gift voucher must be presented at the time of your appointment in order for the voucher value to be redeemed. This applies to both physical and online/electronic vouchers.

• Lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or reissued, regardless of whether Lelei Beauty Spa has a record of the original purchase.

• A voucher cannot be redeemed without the required voucher being presented at the time of the appointment.

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

• Any remaining balance may be retained on the voucher for future use, subject to these terms and conditions.

• Gift vouchers are subject to any expiry date stated on the voucher.

• Gift vouchers cannot be duplicated, copied or reproduced.

• These terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers, whether purchased in-store as a physical voucher or online as an electronic voucher.

• By purchasing a gift voucher, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

Please treat your gift voucher like cash. Lost or misplaced vouchers cannot be replaced.
