This intensive hands-on program is designed to help you create the soft, full, and multidimensional lash sets that clients adore. Under the expert guidance of Kim Phan, founder and lead educator at Lelei Beauty Spa, you’ll learn the techniques and artistry behind flawless volume application — from 3D to Mega Volume.

Location: Lelei Beauty Spa, 75 Harrison Street, Ashburton, NZ
Duration: 3 Full Days | 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Level: Intermediate – For those who have completed Classic Lash training
What’s Included
Mini Lash Kit – A curated set of professional tools and supplies to help you perfect application techniques of promade fans.
Live Model Practice – Apply volume sets on 3-5 live models (provided) and additional practice on a mannequin head.
Comprehensive Theory Sessions – In-depth study of lash weights, layering methods, and set types (3D–6D, Hybrid, and Mega Volume).
Ongoing Support and Mentorship – Continued guidance even after your course concludes, ensuring you can confidently apply your skills in your own lash business.

Understanding the differences between Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume
Adhesive control, retention science, and troubleshooting for long-lasting results

Hi, I’m Kim, a passionate Beauty Therapist and the proud owner of Lelei Beauty Spa in Ashburton. My journey into the beauty world began in 2021, when I took a leap of faith and started my own business — and it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life.
Becoming my own boss gave me the freedom and purpose I had been searching for. The beauty industry, especially lash and brow artistry, lit a spark in me. It wasn’t just about making people look good — it was about making them feel confident, empowered, and seen.
