Important Information • Express Lashes are full sets only and cannot be infilled. • Regular lash clients should continue booking standard infills to maintain natural lash health and longevity. • Please arrive with a completely clean eye area — no mascara, makeup, or oily residue. • If a deep cleanse is required, an additional $10 fee will apply. Cancellation Policy
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. By booking an appointment with Lelei Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to our booking policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We understand that genuine circumstances may arise, and we are open to considering such cases. As a small business, we greatly rely on your attendance.
